I need a new place

I want to find a new place for my Chinese diary, but I look through BLOGSPOT, YAHOO, MYSPACE and other Taiwanese blog companies with lots of questions. Why can some of them add JAVA but others can’t? Why can some add WIDGET, some cannot? That is realy puzzled.
Another idea is I should pause to write Chinese. Thinking about the goals of writing would be the first and it is more helpful to write English as my diary.
