I went to the class names “social research method” at NTU. Prof. 謝雨生 inspired me a lot with a vision of my attitude of research. I should give up the old concept of studying and researching. His speaking moved me when he mentioned about the care of society and the responsibility.
I reflected on my track in sociology. I was enchanted with sociology by its deep observation and its empowerment to people. I am not satisfied with the answer normal people have. I want to ask the reason. I want to fight the standard of society. Sociology gives me explanations, though the knowledge sometime disobeys the rules. Now I want to be a researcher who can find the myth of the social phenomenon.
I have graduated for one month. Time once made me forget the passion toward knowledge. However, I feel energetic now after the class.
I will keep going.
